Specifications and Prices

Each product in the cut-to-size catalogue is one clear piece measuring 1m long × 1.22m wide, with the thickness stated on its page. The displayed price is the total for one piece, including 8% VAT. Customers select the number of pieces when ordering. Other widths, colours and lengths are quoted separately.

Ordering and Payment

Customers place orders directly on the website and receive an order reference. Payment method: bank transfer. LIONVINA contacts customers to confirm order details, delivery information and the bank account before payment. The form does not collect payment automatically.

Delivery

Delivery is available. Customers provide their address when ordering so LIONVINA can confirm delivery details before bank transfer. Product-page prices and order material totals exclude delivery charges.

Returns and Complaints

LIONVINA assists with returns or exchanges when delivered products differ from the confirmed specifications or colour, or have product defects. Made-to-order cut items cannot be returned because the customer changes their requirements. Please inspect goods on receipt, retain the order reference and contact us with photos and a description so we can confirm a resolution. For uncut orders, contact LIONVINA promptly to check whether changes or cancellation are possible.
